"For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) to the respondents to renew-arms-licence bearing Licence No.

95/76 of N.P. Bore Rifle D.D.No. 1174/90 which has been pending due to red tapism of the respondent Nos. while petitioner has been depositing renewal fee by challan till financial year, 2017-19".

Considering the relief sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the District Magistrate, Patna (respondent No. 3) within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.16172 of 2017(3) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 period of 30 days from today. The respondent No. 3 shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
