JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Manjhagrah P.S. Case No. 360 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 324, 325, 307, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.11.2022.

The occurrence took place because of land dispute and he is in judicial custody since 22.11.2022. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees
