The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1-B)A, 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 26(i), (ii), (iii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended along with Pappu Yadav and Md. Rabbani in a half constructed house of Pappu Yadav from where many articles meant for preparing arms and ammunitions were recovered. It is submitted that Md. Rabbani and Pappu Yadav have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1950/2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 7040/2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
