JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 23.04.2015 Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as Anju Rajak in place of Anuj Rajak. Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in this petition within course of the day. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

No specific overt-act has been mentioned against the petitioner in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner and some other accused assaulted the deceased.

One co-accused Chabila Rajak, against whom there is similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4605 of 2015 (3) dt.23-04-2015 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Munger in Sessions trial no. 965/2014 arising out of Sangrampur P.S. Case no. 102/2014.
