Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 52 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the P.D.S. license of the petitioner has already been suspended because of the allegations. He has further submitted that the allegations levelled against the petitioner is general in nature and they are subject to investigation and there is no chance that the petitioner will abscond.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 52 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
