This application has been filed for modification of order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3960 of 2020, for extension of period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3960 of 2020, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender in time due to Covid-19 pandemic.
