The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.361 of 2025 registered for the offence under section 309(6) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.
As per the prosecution case, the informant was waylaid by three miscreants at gunpoint who snatched two gold rings, a wallet containing Rs. 4,500/- and a gold locket from the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2025 5.
The name of the petitioner has come during investigation for being involved in the said robbery on the basis of self-inculpatory statement of co-accused. He has been identified by the informant after seeing his photograph. The

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.

It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
