2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 1054 of 2022, Tr. No. 781/2024, registered under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is second attempt of bail. earlier, the prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80675 of 2025.

4. The petitioner was Nazir in the office of the Block. He is said to have defalcated more than Rs. 2 crores. He is in custody since 05.07.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He submits that since 05.07.2023 no witness has

6. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody and delay in trial, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Rohtas at Sasaram /concerned court below in connection with Tr. No. No. 781/2024, arising out of Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 1054 of 2022, G.R. No. 1560 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be represented through his lawyer or himself.
