2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 409 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused are alleged to have killed the informant's daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed his prayer on the ground that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 13.12.2024 and till date, the trial has not been concluded and two witnesses are yet to be examined in the trial. He next submits that the petitioner is in custody since

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the delay in trial, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 409 of 2023.
