Case no. 99/2014 registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this common order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19925 of 2015 (3) dt.01-10-2015 Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, petitioner in Cr. Misc.no. 21758/2015 was arrested by the police and thereafter, he made confessional statement before the police and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against both the petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Pipra Kothi P.S.
