JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28012016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

From the possession of petitioner 800 grams of Ganja were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery is of small quantity and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition, which reads thus:- "3. That there is no criminal antecedent."

Learned counsel for the State has not disputed the aforesaid facts.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13247 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with G. O. No. 1/2016 (Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 49/2016).
