JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 22.12.2018 passed by the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, whereby and where-under the petitioner has been dismissed from service by filing appropriate appeal before the appellate authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, however, with the aforesaid liberty and in case an appropriate appeal is filed within a period of eight weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
