JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-03-2019 Although, the matter has been listed under the heading "For Order (on Petitions)", Mr. P.K.Shahi, learned Senior Counsel representing the petitioner has placed before this Court a copy of the order dated 11.02.2019 passed in C.W.J.C No.8047 of 2017 and submits that the writ application has already become infructuous as nothing remains for adjudication.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17871 of 2018(3) dt.25-03-2019 2/2 Mr. Shahi, has however, pointed out that in place of the word "State Transport Authorities" mentioned in the order dated 11.02.2019 it should be "Darbhanga Regional Transport Authority".
With the aforesaid modifications, this writ application is, thus, disposed of in terms of the order dated 11.02.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8047 of 2017.
