Patna High Court CWJC No.10043 of 2020 dt.30-01-2021 2/3 Date : 30-01-2021 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "1. for the issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to quash the order dated 13.09.13 and to quash the order dated 05.12.17 (Annexure-7) passed by Hon'ble Mrs. Bidisha Banerjee, Member (J) and Hon'ble Mr. Justice A.K. Upadhyay, member (A) passed in O.A./050/00016/2014 by which prayer for appointment of son of petitioner on compassionate ground because of Medically unfit by 100% has been rejected. It is further prayed to direct the respondents to appoint son of the petitioner on compassionate ground on account of medically unfit by 100% and for grant of all consequential benefits."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application reserving liberty to file review application.

Permission granted.

If such an application is filed, it is expected of the concerned respondent authority to consider and decide the same within a period of three months.

We have not expressed any opinion on merits. All issues are left open.

The present application stands disposed of as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.
