The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, Minta Devi lodged the case after recovery of the dead body of her son, Raju Kumar. She alleged that her son had altercation with the petitioner and other accused persons. She suspected that the petitioner and other accused might have killed her son. It appears that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Only suspicion is raised against the petitioner and other accused persons.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21409 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with G.R.P. Patna (Rajendra Nagar) P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015.
