Accusation against petitioner is that he established physical relation with informant on false promise of marriage but it is admitted in the first information report itself that petitioner solemnized his marriage with informant and executed an agreement to that effect on 14.3.2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Ara Nawada P.S.
