The petitioner seeks bail in Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

On recovery of a dead-body of an unknown old man, the F.I.R. has been lodged by Chowkidar against unknown. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has come during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Vikash Kumar. Save & except confessional statement, there is no other cogent material against this petition to show his complicity in the aforesaid crime. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 01.04.2021. Chargesheet has been submitted. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
