JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to grant him the benefits of 1st A.C.P. from 08.03.2002 and 2nd M.A.C.P. from 08.03.2010 and, accordingly, grant the consequential benefits.

Having regard to the short prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, this Court deems it fit and proper to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing representation before the respondent no.3 i.e. the Collector,

Patna High Court CWJC No.11313 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Khagaria for redressal of his aforesaid grievances within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be considered by the respondent no.3 and a reasoned as also a speaking order shall be passed in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
