The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sessions Trial No. 384 of 2014 (arising out of Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2012 registered under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. It is further submitted that except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. However, in detail impugned order of two Additional Sessions Judges while rejecting the bail petition of the petitioner has not mentioned even a single word except that he has criminal antecedent regarding involvement of the petitioner or the material

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13436 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Munger, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2012.
