No doubt petitioner carries criminal antecedent but in the present case, it appears that he was remanded only on the basis of suspicion and admittedly, no stolen article of the present case was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur P.S.Case No.78 of 2015.
