The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/337/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is case and counter-case between the parties.

Allegation against petitioner Pramod Yadav is that he caused injury at the head of the informant with Khanti. Another accused assaulted with lathi to some other person. Considering the case and counter case between the parties and the fact that there is no allegation of repetition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32011 of 2019(2) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 of blow, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.177 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
