The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)a, 25(1-C)A, 26(1)(2) and (3) as well as 35 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merits vide order dated 10.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33888 of 2014.

It has been contended that till date only charges have been framed and no witness on behalf of the prosecution

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18742 of 2015 (3) dt.06-05-2015 2 / 2 has turned up to depose before the trial.

Be that as it may, for the reasons recorded in the aforementioned order dated 10.10.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
