2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) to issue an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 18.07.2018 passed in B.L.T. Case No. 905 of 2015 by the Court of Member, Administrative, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna whereby and whereunder the aforesaid B.L.T. Case No.

905 of 2015 preferred by the petitioner has been dismissed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19319 of 2018(4) dt.17-11-2025 2/3 (ii) to issue an appropriate writ, preferably in the nature of certiorari, for setting aside the order dated 11.02.2015 passed in Land Ceiling Revision No. 20/2015 by the Court of Divisional Commissioner, Munger by which the Divisional Commissioner, Munger has refused to interfere with the order dated 14.11.2014 passed in Land Ceiling Appeal No. 03/2011 by the District Magistrate, Jamui.

(iii) To issue an appropriate writ, preferably in the nature of certiorari, for setting aside the order dated 14.11.2014 passed in land Ceiling Appeal No. 03/2011 by the Court of District Magistrate, Jamui by which Appeal preferred by the petitioner against order dated 18.02.2011 passed in Land Ceiling Case No. 04/2010-11 by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Jamui has been dismissed;

(iv) To issue an appropriate writ, preferably in the nature of certiorari, for setting aside the order dated 18.02.2011, passed in Land Ceiling Case No. 04/2010-11 by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Jamui whereby and whereunder Land Ceiling Case No. 04/10-11 preferred by the respondent No. 7 under Section 16(3) of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act,

Patna High Court CWJC No.19319 of 2018(4) dt.17-11-2025 3/3 1961 (hereinafter referred to as the Land Ceiling Act) has been allowed;

(v) To hold and declare that the land appertaining to Khata No. 17, Khesra No. 151, Tauzi No. 345, Thana No. 50, area 72 decimal situated in Mauza-Singhochak within the District of Jamui is not agricultural land and that the respondent No. 4 is not the adjoining raiyat of the plot purchased by the petitioner through registered sale deed dated 25.05.2010 as such the orders passed against the petitioner under the Land Ceiling Act are not sustainable in the eyes of law, and (vi) To grant any other relief(s), for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the passage of time and with the change of law, the case has become infructuous and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
