The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No.45 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1, who is 70 years old, is father-in-law of the deceased and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are brothers-in-law of the

Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and there is no chance of their absconding, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, District Rohtas in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No.45 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
