1. Though the present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail at the behest of the petitioner in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No.775 of 2017, under Sections 436 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XV, Patna, within a period of four weeks from today, however, seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petition to be filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail on the very same day. It is directed accordingly.
