The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 20 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that a bag was recovered from the bus bearing registration No.BR06PB-8936. The conductor and driver of the bus disclosed that the petitioner was the owner of the said bag, from which 1 K.G. and 100 Gms. Ganja was recovered.

It is submitted that Ganja was not weighed properly, as there was no balance available with the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 16.3.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for three months for recovery of about one K.G. Ganja and he has got no criminal antecedent.
