The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the IPC.
The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner was apprehended in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.Case No.313 of 2014 registered under section 399 and 402 IPC. His name figured in the confessional statement of co-accused but except that statement, the police did not collect any cogent evidence against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from his possession nor was he put on TIP. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Deopriya Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.Case No.284 of 2014..
