The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under section 35 (1-B) A, 26 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 10.10.2014 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 33304 of 2014 with certain observations. It has been contended that though the petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2014 but till date only three out of ten witnesses have been examined on behalf of the prosecution during trial.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20751 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 of the case, petitioner Dharmendra Kumar is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ankur Gupta, J.M. Ist Class, Khagaria in Mansi P.S. Case NO. 59 of 2014.
