This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. From perusal of the First Information Report, it appears that a suspicion has been raised against the petitioner. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st, Class, Chapra, Saran in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014.
