Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.2933 of 2019 arising out of Digha P.S. Case No.152 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a)/38(i), 37(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that three persons including the petitioner were intercepted by the police. Five bottles Mahua liquor each of two litres have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
