The petitioners seek bail in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that both the petitioners dragged his uncle Nanda Rai for showing paddy in the morning, but at about 03:00 p.m., the dead body of Nanda Rai was found. The informant suspected that the petitioners might have killed his uncle.

It appears that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Except suspicion the investigating officer could not be able to collect any material to show the involvement of the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6302 of 2015 (3) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014.
