The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika Ward No.7, Dumaron Nagar Parishad, Centre Code No.224 in the district of Buxar. The grievance of the petitioner is that although vide Annexure2 series she applied for the post of Anganbari Sevika and even an Aam Sabha in terms of the Rules was held on 30.12.2014 but due to disturbance is being created by the miscreants that the selection could not be completed and whereafter it has not been taken to its conclusion. Although a representation in this regard has been filed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.5216 of 2016 dt.24-05-2017 2/2 the petitioner before the Director, I.C.D.S. but the guidelines vests jurisdiction in the District Programme Officer to examine any grievance arising from selection process and to reach its conclusion. In the circumstances, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with the liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievance before the respondent no.4 the District Programme Officer, Buxar who shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law by speaking order within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
