Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, name of the petitioner came in this case on the basis of suspicion and, thereafter, it was detected that the victim was in constant touch with the petitioner on mobile phone and it also came to light that the petitioner was also in constant touch with other accused and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail either by this court or by the learned court below itself.
