2. The present application has been filed:

review of the order dated 2.8.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. no. 18395 of 2016 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah disposing the aforesaid writ though petition, the counsel of petitioner was not appeared in the said proceeding due to illness on that day, though the grievance of petitioner was not fulfilled by the state Respondents but counter affidavit shows that the grievance of the petitioner was fulfilled. By way of

Patna High Court C. REV. No.389 of 2018(4) dt.17-04-2025 2/3 Counter affidavit the State authorities tried to mislead the court. Petitioner's husband was still traceless and petitioner has not got a single Pai except Rs. 4845/- from the department.

3. The husband of the petitioner namely, Ram Swaroop Paswan was serving in the police force in Jehanabad District as Hawaldar where pursuant to the departmental proceeding, an order came to be passed for his removal from service. Later, from the record, it seems that the husband went missing. The petitioner filed CWJC No. 15744 of 2009 claiming statutory benefits of her husband.

4. The Writ Court vide an order dated 02.08.2018 recorded that the counter affidavits have come showing redressal of the grievance, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, presuming that grievance stands redressed, disposed of.

5. Aggrieved, the present petition.

6. The case of the petitioner is that despite the representation filed on 08.12.2009 before the respondent no. 5, the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, the entire due has not been cleared.

7. The review petition was filed in the year 2018 and we are in the year 2025. There is no appearance on behalf of the

8. In that background and considering that the husband of the petitioner went missing, she was 60 years of age in the year 2018, if the payments for which she is legally entitled to has still not been cleared, the respondent no. 5, the S.P., Jehanabad is duty-bound to look into the matter and take necessary steps/pass order/directions so that the lady receives her entitlement.

9. The review petition stands disposed of.

10. Let a copy of the order be sent to the office of the respondent no. 5, the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad.

11. Ms. Divya Verma, learned AC to AAG-3 submits that she shall also be informing the concerned office regarding the present order.
