====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 12-05-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Pramod Singh, for the petitioner. By the impugned order dated 18.09.2014, the learned Sub Judge Ist, Patna has only substituted the legal representatives of the deceased opposite parties in the execution case after condoning the delay and setting aside abatement in Execution Case No.4 of 2012. Since only substitution has been made, in my opinion, by the impugned order, the petitioner is not prejudiced in any way nor the order occasioned failure of justice nor it can be said that the order passed by the Court below suffers from jurisdictional error or that the order has been passed in the manner not permitted by law. Therefore I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order and accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
