Petitioner is accused in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No.181 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Mogal Yadav, who is not named in the F.I.R. Except the confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his implication in the present case and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 07.01.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. Case No.181 of 2015.
