Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR registered for occurrence of robbery.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. Only on confessional statement of co-accused, who was arrested at the spot, name of the petitioner has surfaced. Considering completion of investigation and no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32574 of 2020(3) dt.08-01-2021 2/2 with the evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nanpur Police Station Case No.196 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
