The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 506, 337, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and her family members.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that a scuffle took place between the parties over a dispute with regard to a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34781 of 2022(2) dt.01-11-2022 2/2 Gairmajarua land. Injuries are simple in nature. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S.
