2. This contempt petition has been filed in the year 2019 alleging violation of the order dated 19.01.2000 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9789 of 1997, whereby, while setting aside the order challenged in the writ petition, the matter was remitted back to the Anchal Adhikari to re-hear the application filed by the petitioner after due notice to the necessary parties and to pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

3. In view of the Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, I find that the contempt petition has been
