Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 11.12.2019, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 53853/2019.

From perusal of the trial court's report dated 23.8.2021, it appears that the case is running at the stage of prosecution evidence and till date out of 11 witnesses, 8 of them have already been examined in Sessions Trial No. 348 of 2019.
