The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Brother of the deceased made allegation that the petitioner and his family members have killed his sister by burning her.

It is submitted that all other accused persons who are in-laws have already been enlarged on bail. There is omnibus and general allegation against all the four accused persons. Petitioner is the husband and there is allegation that due to nonfulfillment of dowry demand, the petitioner burnt his wife to death.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21004 of 2015 (3) dt.03-09-2015 Accordingly, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 8 of 2015 pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. This application for bail is accordingly, rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Amin/- U
