Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 307, 324, 354(A), 435, and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Similarly situated accused has been granted anticipatory bail in the light of the order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63834 of 2019 that the reasons mentioned in order dated 24.10.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Case No. 07 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
