2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Vidyapatinagar P.S. Case No. 06 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, the petitioner and other accused persons have killed the sister of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is sister-in-law (nanad) of the deceased and she is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There

After investigation, the police has not filed the charge-sheet against the petitioner, however, cognizance has been taken by the court concerned. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5271 of 2023. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Vidyapatinagar P.S. Case No. 06 of 2022,
