2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 02 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 26(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 74, 303(2), 191(2) of the B.N.S. and later on Section 103 of BNS was added.
3. The allegation is that petitioner attempted to rape the nephew of the informant. Thereafter, a fight ensued in which the allegation is that the petitioner assaulted the brother of the informant on his head by farsa. He is also alleged to have caught hold of the another person who was trying to save the deceased.

4. Considering the involvement of petitioner in each and every stage of the occurrence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
5. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
6. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
