The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the POCSO Act.

The mother of the victim alleged that the petitioner untied the pant of her daughter and did illegal acts with her. It is submitted that during the course of investigation, the statement of the victim was recorded by the police and she disclosed that the petitioner got her seated in his lap.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Addl.
