JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have taken huge amount from the informant to get him employed in Railway but, subsequently, he did not return the aforesaid amount and gave threatening to the informant. It is further stated that on 8.11.2015, the petitioner and other co-accused assaulted the informant and his father. Admittedly, the present case was lodged on 09.12.2015, i.e., much delay after the aforesaid occurrence of the assault. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
