The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within one year of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 9 of
