The petitioner is accused in connection with Rail Darbhanga (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016, registered under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 16 of Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act.

The accusation is that on secret informant about human trafficking by some persons by Train No. 12545 (Karm Bhumi Express), the said train was raided. In that course seven persons including the petitioner were apprehended and this petitioner was also found carrying two children, namely, Abdul Salam and Jawad Alam.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in

No.13714 of 2016 (2) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 fact, the petitioner is the maternal uncle of both children, who are said to be found with this petitioner and both were going with this petitioner at the direction of their parents. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class (Railway), Samastipur in connection with Darbhanga Rail (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case no. 07 of 2016.
