Para-10 of the counter affidavit is quoted below:- "10. That after considering the enquiry report the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Gopalganj exonerated the petitioner in departmental proceeding with a direction to pay the salary of suspension period vide Memo No. 100 dated 11.01.2019. A photocopy of Memo No. 100 dated 11.01.2019 is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-B to this counter affidavit."
