Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation police got information that coaccused Niranjan Yadav, Dinesh Tanti and Pappu Paswan were involved in the alleged crime and thereafter all the aforesaid persons were arrested with fire arms and the aforesaid persons disclosed that one Ram Dulari Devi and petitioner as well as some other had hired them for committing the murder of the deceased and thereafter on the basis of the disclosure made by the aforesaid persons, police arrested the petitioner and one Ram Dulari Devi. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the aforesaid co-accused disclosed that the petitioner was also involved in the alleged crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13117 of 2016 (2) dt.01-04-2016 well as submission on behalf of the parties and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner having clean antecedent and having similar allegation, co-accused Ram Dulari Devi has already been granted bail by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.12393 of 2016 on 18.03.2016, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Nath Nagar P.S.Case No.7 of 2016.
